Tarte Tatin!

Hey-ho,hi everybody!
Merry Xmas and Happy New year to you all (I know it's late but take my greetings all the same!). I've been quite busy in the last few months, how many things happened, how much to tell,OMG it will take ages to do that!!! New love, new friends, new wardrobe and..new obsessions of course ^_^!!
Do you remember my insane love for the fruit of sin, apples da? I would say I gave up with all that stupid things (Yeeah, I got definitely well!)and I'm gonna turn it into sth more useful and..tasty! Today I'm hungry and I need sth sweet, so I'll make a pie, a yummy tarte tatin! What we need is 4 juicy apples (yellow ones or my lovely "pink ladies"!), 100 gr of butter, 300 gr wheat flour,130 sugar, a pinch of salt, cinnamom powder and..some relaxing music!
Let's start! First: peel off the skin of the apples and cut each one into 6 pieces.

Take a pan (I used an old pan both to caramel the apples and to bake the pie),grease it with butter and finish putting some butter flakes,

add the sugar and the apple slices putting them with the concave side upwards.

Heat the pan and cook until the sugar candies, it will take about 10 minutes. Now we have to make dough. Take the butter out of the fridge and cut into small pieces, put it in the mixer together with the flour and a hint of salt and mix for 3-4 minutes.

Zooming..

Switch off and pour the rough dough into a bowl, knead adding 75 ml of water and give the dough a round shape.

Let it stand in the fridge for 1 hour and then roll out giving a rectangular shape.
Cover the pan with the dough, paying attention to stick it well to the edge of the apples.

Heat the oven and cook at 220° for the first 15 minutes, then lower the temperature and cook at 180° for other 15 minutes. Turn off and wait until it colds, then turn it over on a flat dish and..you're ready to taste it! Serve with a hot cup of spicy tea and...enjoy your break!

The leftovers! I didn't even had the time to take the final picture..what do you think? Is that good:-)??
